“This is absolutely NOT. Four star hotel . We slept with our cloth on and rebooked hotel else where for next morning. Manager said it’s will be no problem and fully refundable , next morning other manager said policy states he need to charge me for second night even tho we checked out , at this point I let them keep the money and RUN!!!! Do not book this hotel if you used to 4-5* star hotels .”
