“Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the artists quarter”
The best

Best location ever. Step straight out into the vibing artists quarter, surrounded by gorgeous shops and places to eat and drink. The staff were super helpful and accomodating I will stay here again next time in Barcelona.

The best

The property is located in the Gothic Quarter and is a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas. You can meander through the laneways surrounding the hotel which are very picturesque and are lined with various shops. Hotel reception spoke English and were polite. The lifts do not have an added security swipe to access floors. The metro is within minutes. There is a bar/restaurant nearby. Opposite is an ice creamery. I chose a single room which was very small but comfortable, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bedside table was of a medium size, despite the tight dimensions of the room. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a room safe and tea making facilities, desk/chair. The bathroom was modern and clean and a reasonable size. There was a hairdryer and toiletries provided by the hotel.

To be improved

I like security swipe cards in lifts and another hotel (3 star) stayed in Barcelona provided this which provided an additional layer of security.
