Our room at was actually quite nice—spacious, well-laid-out, and perfect for our needs. Overall, the location was fine, and the room itself had potential, but these unresolved maintenance issues and the way they were handled made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

To be improved

The room definitely needs some major care. There were clear signs of poor maintenance, and while the shower could have been amazing, it leaked into the room and the toilet area. We stayed for two nights and reported the issue to the male receptionist, who simply remarked how strange it was and said they would provide extra towels for the floor. Unfortunately, we never received them and had to ask the cleaning staff for an extra one in the evening. It was clear this wasn’t a new problem, as the floor was already stained from previous leaks. I understand that the hotel may have been fully booked, but a more apologetic approach would have made the situation feel less frustrating. Instead, there was no real acknowledgment of the issue—just a suggestion to use extra towels. The female receptionist in the evening at least took the time to explain why no other solution was possible, which was appreciated.
