“Very central located hotel with friendly staff”

The best

The location is superb and the staff was very friendly & helpful. They offer parking nearby for 12€/night. However, if you are lucky, you can actually park at blue zone by paying hourly.

To be improved

The facility is older than how it looks like in the photos. Try to have a room with a street view.

“Spacious and comfortable room in city centre location.”

The best

Very spacious room with armchairs and a table, as well as a large wardrobe and suitcase stand. Lots of space to put belongings, lights and power sockets on both sides of the bed, comfortable and quiet despite being in the city centre.

“Excellent location and comfortable stay.”

The best

Great central location. Very attentive helpful staff. We got a free upgrade to a studio as they didn't have the double bed we'd requested. All managed with no fuss. Our room was very well equipped with a fabulous view of the mountains and the city.

“AVOID. Disgusting, dirty, stinks, run down, needs to be sanitised and renovated.”

The receptionist was helpful in showing alternative rooms that were just as bad and then cancelling our stay

The hotel was so disgustingly dirty we did not stay. This was a really rundown 1980s hotel that had been painted white, painted over everything, cracks, stains, controls. Handles, doors, bathroom, controls etc were all too dirty to touch without feeling disgusting. Bed was stained, bathroom smelled even worse than the room. Even the receptionists chair had split open and had foam coming out - not a good sign, is it!! Even the lift shows 6 on the 5th floor, lol. Absolutely no way we were gonna stay there, many other really good hotels close by for the same price!

“Good location. Secure parking for bike”

The best

Location is excellent and is close to the cathedral and other places of interest. The room was too hot as the air con did not appear work The breakfast was basic. I must say that all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

To be improved

Air con. Parking secure but a short journey is required to access it. There is a lift from it into the hotel. We feel that the hotel needs some attention to bring it up to 4 star rating
