“Nice place not far from Sevilla, excellent customer service and kind staff, nice little good quality breakfast served, reasonably priced for the location and atmosphere · Cons: Due to the Andalusian heat air-conditioning is needed and it is a little bit too loud for the night, but doesn't exceed hotel standards we experienced elsewhere”

“Its serve the purpose. You cant watch tele because its on hotel mode. Do not plan to watch anything on their tele. The”

The style of the hotel is amazing. The way they made it like a ship is totally mesmerising.

To be improved

Staff hardly speak English hence check in process was very difficult. Even the staff at the bar speak hardly any english. The worst bit is you cant even watch youtube or netflix. As the TV is on hotel mode hence you cant watch anything. Even the staff rejected our request to put in on normal mode.

The best

I had a good time during my recent hotel stay. The rooms were simple but clean and pleasant, creating a comfortable and well-maintained atmosphere. The standout feature was definitely the hotel's architecture — they successfully managed to replicate the atmosphere of a cruise ship. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly and incredibly helpful, and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was very good, really impressive.

To be improved

Not to mention, everything was great during my stay at the hotel.
