The best

Clean, friendly staff, nice amenities.

To be improved

Shower was strange and didn’t contain the water. There was a bit flooding because we didn’t realize this. Fortunately staff were helpful and provided extra towels and helped mop the mess up.

“A charming stay in begur”
The best

The view was amazing and they kept most of the original feel of the historic town. It was a walks away from everything we needed and parking was nearby for an affordable cost. Th receptionist helped us with all our needs and really gave us amazing service.

To be improved

The room pictured was not what we were given, and there was also some rusting happening in the bathroom tub. I think they need to update it.

“Brilliantly beautiful, clean, helpful staff led by Simone.”
The best

Simone, the receptionist, gave us maps, routes , and ideas to make our full day in Begur very meaningful and fun. We were revitalized by the beauty of Hotel Hanoi, the reception area that is a block away from Hotel Hanoi, the availability of drinking water, swimming in the Mediterranean, hiking the cliffs, hiking up the hill to the Medieval castle at daybreak and enjoying a delicious breakfast. Wonderful!

To be improved

Our rental car was a bit large for the narrow Medieval streets of Begur but we soon got in the habit of walking and discovering the intricate and intimate spaces.

“Very clean, the smell was fantastic, aesthetically lovely, water and supplies provided everyday was appreciated. Staff were informative and friendly · Cons: The shower was the biggest drawback, the shower head was broken and needed to be replaced. Some more transport links would be helpful but not really the biggest fault of the hotel itself”

The hotel itself is a stunning heritage building, full of charm and history. Staying here felt like stepping into another era — peaceful, elegant, and full of character. My room was large, beautiful, and immaculately clean, with a breathtaking view that I’ll never forget. I also felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made the experience even more relaxing.
