“Top, clean, new, very good personal”
The best

Everything was clean, new. Personal was kind and happy. We check in the middle of night, and personál was very helpful and check in was very fast. Location is very good, about 150 metres to beach and about 50 metres to supermarket from hotel.

The best

The hotel was in a really great position, only a 3 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean with good facilities. The rooms are spacious enough for two and again, very clean and modern. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a really lovely touch. Our room was on the sixth floor with a side aspect. We could hear some noise at night but this is to be expected being on the ‘main strip’ of Lloret de mar.

To be improved

Loud party goers can be heard at night but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs which were very helpful!

Location,cleanliness. Poolside was good. Room was nice

Bearing in mind it's a 4 star hotel. I would expect complimentary tea making facilities in the room. Lack of English speaking tv channels. Fridge was too small in the room.
