Great location. Friendly Staff. Very good restaurant food and service. Unique historical interior architecture giving an experience like travelers had 100 years ago.

Minimal space in the room, consistent with its price. The room key required finesse to set and open the door lock.

Location was excellent

Everything else was bad. Staff had no time for us. Rooms were uncomfortable, poorly ventilated. No air con, no natural light. Requested double bed, got twin. Bathroom totally unsatisfactory. Shower poured water all over floor. Very little storage for clothes, electric sockets not working. Food quality at breakfast and evening meal of poor quality and not worth price charged. Waiter service poor as not enough staff. Needs reducing to 1 star hotel.

On arrival! I discovered my room was completely inadequete in every way possible! It was the size of a large cupboard, basically, impossible to move in, far less unpack, was so claustrophobic with no window or light, smelled of damp!, with no wifi reception! For which I was charged a ridiculous sum of money for! When I asked for a refund the owner refused! And became disrespectful! Awful experience! With no comprehension of the meaning of hospitality or Respect! It was easily one of the worst accomodation experiences of travelling Spain in my life!
