Was with my third time staying at this hotel after walking the Camino. They always treated me with high respect and kindness, even though I might’ve come in dirty and sweaty. I will stay there again

“Super staff wonderful hotel”
The best

The staff were wonderful! They got our room ready at 8am, so we were able to start enjoying Santiago right away. The breakfast was good and the torta de Santiago was one of the best we have in our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the superb hotel staff.

To be improved

The showers were tiny buy we managed. It was a small inconvenience that is all.

“Be aware of theft !!!”

While my luggage was stored at the hotel (behind the reception) waiting for the room to be available, things were stolen from my luggage. There was no help at all to get from the reception when I told them about the situation.. Do absolutely NOT recommend!!!
