The location of the property was really good
Not a family friendly location. More suited for adults looking to party. When we arrived, the rooms were not clean. But they were clean throughout our stay. The services like safe, kettle, room drinks were not available. The elevators and entrance don’t require room cards so anyone could come in the hotel
“We paid for one standard double and one economy double and rooms were exactly the same…..but priced differently. · Cons: Didn’t like that you had to pay for drinks at evening buffet with half board option. They should have at least provided a bottle of water per table.”

Low value for the price you are paying. So many nicer and cheaper hotel out there. Was a big mistake booking this hotel.
We had to leave after just one night of a three-night stay due to multiple issues. One of the elevators was broken and unsafe—I twisted my ankle stepping down inside it. There were no warning signs. Our room was also extremely noisy due to machinery vibrations from the kitchen late night and early morning , making it impossible to relax or sleep. Staff were unhelpful, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were told to wait for the manager until the next day. We checked out early and explained everything to the manager, who seemed unaware of the noise issue, even though it’s clearly ongoing. We’ve requested a refund but haven’t received any reply or apology from the hotel. It’s almost past 2 weeks ago! Very disappointing experience.

Rude staff . Booked room said with balcony when I turned up they said they didn’t have that but could upgrade for 20 euro for balcony . I’ll put picture of balcony up 🙈
