“A great find for a modest price.”
The best

This was a great find for the price. Located very close to the historical center of Vitoria-Gasteiz (which is gorgeous), it provided budget accomodation but with everything needed. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Check in and check out were automatic. The price included a discount for the nearby underground parking lot. But you don't actually need a car to enjoy this beautiful and walkable city. Overall I couldn't ask for more for the rate I paid. Highly recommended.

I can confidently say, I enjoyed nothing about the property.

Check-in system is incredibly frustrating, it took 1hour, with no help from the owners. Room was ridiculously small and on the 3rd floor, with no lifts… I am 67 and found that difficult with all the motorcycle gear. Shower was ridiculously small. Mould breaking away at the bottom and door doesn’t fit a normal human being. Toilet flush button broken. Public areas were filthy and I would be surprised if they had been cleaned in the two weeks leading up to my visit. I have been offered a 10% discount for my next visit… I will not be availing myself of that offer.

“Good location. · Cons: I had to call and call to be able to get into the building. There was no one in the building, I had to call and the person was not that helpful, it felt they were doing me a favor. Plugs by the bed did not work. You could hear everything from the other rooms.”
