This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms are incredibly dark, dingy and outdated and there is an odd smell throughout. The AC didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. I was absolutely shocked at the state of it. We complained straight away and the very rude receptionist told us they couldn’t change our room. She offered no apologies. She also said she couldn’t help with changing or cancelling the booking as her manager wasn’t there but would be the following day. She told us to call Booking.com, which we did and they told us they needed 48 hours to process our request, but 48 hours was the length of our stay. We were stuck there. The following day we got a response from the hotel saying we could change room for an additional charge, which we were not willing to do as a stay in that hotel was not something I would ever have paid for. There was no sense of customer service - no apology that we were upset with our stay and no acknowledgment of the state of the hotel, how disappointed we were or how bad our room was. The least they could have said was sorry. There is also an additional charge of €15pp per 2 hours of pool time which was not made clear ahead of our stay. Additionally, it’s on the very edge of Blanes away from any of the bits you would want to see - I urge you to stay ANYWHERE else for your trip. The hotel totally ruined our holiday, and forcing us to stay and not letting us move / refunding what was an extremely overpriced stay was awful.

The spaces are very big and i really love it, breakfast buffet was extraordinary i really love the food good varieties to choose from, Wifi is also good at our room. Our Room was clean with balcony, we wanted to have a sea side unfortunately was overbooked, we went here to celebrate my post birthday with them. The location was really promising it is directly in the seaside you just have to jump in there and swim unlimitedly, this hotel is also pet friendly. Gym and Spa is also available if you don't like to dip in the sea

Reception are not that friendly and smiling with the people, but in the Breakfast restaurants the young guys are very polite and thankful that we are helping him putting the old plates that we used.

“Great balcony with a view - if you manage to get there!”

We got a corner room with 2 balconies facing two different sides which made our experience great as we could sit and enjoy the views. The rooms was spacious. The breakfast was incredible!

To be improved

Not the friendliest staff. Cleaners wanted to come in around 9-10 in the morning. It was also a bit difficult getting there without a car as no Ubers were available and it was a very long hot walk from/to the train station - so make sure to book a taxi (it’s the same price as the uber so just take the taxi).
