This hotel confirmed my booking Then cancelled it due to unforeseen circumstances and blamed booking . Com for lack of communication It also advised me no cancellation charge would be applied Booking . Com then contacted me and asked why I hadn’t appeared at Atuvers due to this cancellation which has never happened to me before I booked with another hotel via booking. Com

Hostel Aventura did not notify me that the booking had been cancelled. Major issue I transferred my bags to the hotel. Should not be allowed to use the booking. com banner. Worst experience of my life.

A nice woman from the property went out if her way to take us to an alternative accommodation. Never saw the property. It was closed and Booking.com didn’t let us know.
