There are absolutely no amenities—no coffee machine, no kettle, and no breakfast offered. There's not even a coffee vending machine in the hallway. Coffee is only available in the restaurant downstairs, but not until 9:30 a.m., which is far too late. The hotel itself could be quite nice, but it felt more like an empty shell, seemingly used occasionally for yoga classes.

The best

The room and bed were large, and the location by the sea was great. Also, the lady on reception was very understanding and helpful with the issue I had. Unfortunately, these were the only good points of the hotel.

To be improved

My expectations were not high, as I had already read previous reviews. But the hotel, overall, is in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets throughout are old and stained. There are no facilities, ie, breakfast or a restaurant. The rooms weren't particularly clean, the walls were in a state, and everything just looked tired and old. I felt dirty when walking around the room. The final straw was waking up on my last morning with a bedbug on my hand. I was mortified! By the time I got home that evening, I was covered in bites. This is totally unacceptable, and an issue that they are already aware of. It was dealt with professionally by the lady on reception, which I appreciate, but this should never happen. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted, especially due to the prices they were charging during that week.
