Hotel ILUNION Bel Art

Just barely good enough. AC not cooling enough, difficult to get a taxi that will surely delay or ruin your appointments. Not enough night staff in this hotel that you need to go down to the reception if requesting for stuff at night. Till now, an still waiting for my hotel receipt not given on check out due to faulty printer, yet staff promised to email it, forever waiting….

Location was fabulous. Close to attractions, shops and restaurants

Very nice four-star hotel close to the train station. However, I would expect better noise insulation from the street and bathroom mirror that doesn't fog when one takes shower there.

I cannot say enough about the service. From the efficient front desk staff, and their knowledge of the area and great suggestions as to what to do, to the cleaning staff who were friendly and willing to please. It was my first time in Europe and my first stop on a 7 week tour and what a welcome. Thank you Ilunion!❤️

perfect location for all the major hot spots and landmarks. we walked to most places with no problem but when we did take cabs, it was never more than a 15-18 mins drive. the room was cozy and clean, and it felt very safe. i loved that after a certain time in the evening the hotel entrance is locked and you have to use your hotel keycard to get in. it added an extra extra layer of protection that felt really nice. the breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk staff was very police. all in all, i highly recommend this place.
