“Happy i stayed”
The best

Good hotel. Spacious room with tea/coffee facilities. Hotel is across from football stadium and around the corner from Gran Via so plenty around. Hotel also around 30 minutes walk from old town. A lot of previous reviews mentioned the noise but the weekend i was there i didnt notice anything too loud.

“A great staying in Bilbao in the middle of the restaurants and bars.”
The best

In general my staying was great. In particular I found the staff really friendly, the breakfast was great. Finally, I also found the location very convenient and close to several restaurants and bars.

To be improved

In general the room was clean and comfortable, however I found the toilet a bit noisy after the flush. Until it charges for the next flush. After that it was also quiet. Despite this minor detail my staying was great.

Great location in the city. Great value for money

To be improved

Not many parking spaces, so get there early if it’s essential. Nothing the hotel can really do to improve this, but it was worrying to drive there not knowing 100% that I’d get a space

“Very enjoyable experience”
The best

Location was perfect, staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

To be improved

The breakfast could have been a little bit better. The hot food wasn't hot and the plates were not heated. There wasn't a great range of healthy cereals. Other than that it was very pleasant.
