The check in during waiting for our turn to ask a question about the environment. During this question the old employee first let new coming quest check in first, even this new coming quests looked surprised and weird about this being happening. After waiting patiently for this couple to check in we repeatedly wanted to go ahead with our friendly questions and the same happened. New guests walked in the hotel and the old employee asked to wait because his urge was to check in these people. The younger male employee standing next to him looked stubborn and did not say a word. We were there waiting patiently with our 11 year old son and of course didn’t want to make a scene so told the employee we we not going to wait again. The young female girl in the morning was very friendly and the opposite of the afternoon experience we have to say. Further the room was far from the pictures and no escape possibilities in case of emergency.

What’s not to like ? Roberto and his welcome , the location , breakfast plus it was great value for money . We’ve stayed in Valladolid many times and this was the best !

Great welcome by Robert at the hotel reception with lots of great, helpful advice! Big, comfortable room, clean and quiet. Central location, everything is accessible on foot.
