The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. All the stuff were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Such a great deal. Excellent location.

To be improved

I could hear a little bit of noise at about 4 o’clock in the morning. It wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked.

The staff was amazing — super friendly and helpful.

To be improved

You’re definitely paying for the location, but it doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The rooftop was constantly booked for private events, so it was almost impossible to enjoy a drink there. The room is very small — which I don’t really mind — but I was expecting a bit more when it comes to the amenities, the washroom, and overall comfort.

Amazingly comfortable and the staff were excellent because of a glitch in plans they went above and beyond Arturo the manager was amazing

Our first room was not great, but we got moved for the second and third night to a wonderful room on floor 10

The rooms that are not renovated seem old and mine even had a wall out the window that blocked all sunlight.
