Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, ideal location. The worst part was we were only there one night! Hope we can return someday soon.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel in early February. The hotel has an incredibly central location, right on Plaza Mayor, meaning that it is the middle of all Segovia attractions and near all the bars and restaurants. We arrived early by taxi from the station which was able to take us through the narrow roads right up to the hotel. We were early but received a very warm and friendly welcome. Our room was ready and we were able to check in early. The hotel is basic without any facilities beyond the rooms and a small breakfast area, but you have restaurants and bars all around you. The room was comfortable and very well equipped. The bathroom was dated but had everything you need. Our five star review is based in the service aspect particularly as we were struggling to get a taxi back to the station in the morning and at risk of missing our train. Azucena in reception saw our predicament and arranged for her colleague, Juan, to drive us to the station himself meaning we managed to catch our train (by the skin of our teeth!). this was a wonderful gesture and we are very grateful for such personal and “above and beyond” service.

We really love the location as it’s right in the plaza and next to the cathedral. It’s in the center of everything. We love love love Segovia!

You can’t find better location!!! Hotel is a cute, little hotel. Stuff is helpful.

Recommend this hotel. Location was fantastic. Room was very spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower had lots of pressure however the shower head was hard to position for a good shower without getting water all over the floor.
