The staff was very friendly. Nice balcony and great bar that's open till well past midnight. There was a dedicated cook making omelets at breakfast.

To be improved

There is NO parking (parking is a big issue in Mallorca). Pool is only open from 10:00 to 18:00. The bed, sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper are all horrible quality. There wasn't any shower gel available. Airconditioning is cooled from a central point with no possibility of setting the temperature in your room. There was no ironing board available. The same music playlist is played by the pool every single day containing the same ~25 songs. Chilling by the pool for ~1.5 hours was enough to notice the loop. All in all, this was not a 4-star hotel as advertised. If I weren't a decent human being I would have asked for a refund.
