staff at bar are extremely slow during the day - breakfast can be a bit hectic all the time walking to get things. The teapots are leaky as ever - maybe best have tea coffee served to table for better experience

Everything perfect great location excellent hotel, great breakfast and the Royal Suite was superb. Highly recommended. We are regular visitors to the hotel and can't wait to return.

To be improved

Minor niggles.......sunbeds could do with an upgrade and the pool was cold (it is normally a perfect temperature) other than that superb.

The best

Lovely welcome at entrance barrier and reception, easy check in. Room large, comfy bed, walk in shower in bathroom. Welcomed back at the Restaurant by staff, food lovely as usual. Beach Club bar and pool peaceful setting, very comfortable.

To be improved

No advance notice for access arrangements due to 'Mar Nostrum' meaning a 10km detour. Room cleaning very late both days.

“We instantly loved the smell of the hotel, the scent is amazing! It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel, and the first time with the sea view. Highly recommend! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was massive. Extremely clean!”
