Very nice hotel set on a small river with some gardens at the back.

To be improved

Limited parking - right on a road but quiet nonetheless. Breakfast staff need to cheer up and be a bit more like their afternoon/evening colleagues.

THE HOTEL HAVE A NICE RESTAURANT, GOOD FOOD, THE HOTEL ITSELF IS COMFORTABLE, IT IS LOCATED IN THE OUTSKIRT OF PAMPLONA, WITH ACCESS TO HIGHWAYS, THERE ARE GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS WALKING DISTANCE

I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT IT, THE ROOMS ARE SMALL BUT CONFORTABLE. I USED THE RESTAURANT A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR COFFEE AND LATE DINNER, SANWICHES ARE BIG PORTION DECENT FAIR PRICE, I USED IT AS A HEADQUARTER TO THE BULL FESTIVAL IN PAMPLONA IN JULY 2025, IT IS 20 MINUTES TO THE OLD TOWN BY CAR, WE HAD A RENTAL CAR, THEY HAVE FREE PARKING THE HOTEL, SOMETIMES IT GET FULL BECAUSE THE PARKING IS USED BY PEOPLE WHO STAYS AND PEEOPLE TO STOP TO EAT, IS GREAT LOCATION FOR WHO EVER IS TRAVELING TO SAN SEBASTIAN OR NORTH SPAIN TO FRANCE. THERE IS A GREAT COFFE AND PASTRY SHOP ACROSS THE RESTAURANT DONT MISS IT.

It’s convenient, clean and quiet if you are on the river side.

To be improved

The big issue is the parking situation. It’s a small parking in front of the hotel with small places and too few of it. You’ll have to find somewhere else to park and it’s not that easy
