Although the agreement was to debit my card on July 10, the hotel unilaterally, without any update or discussion with me, proceeded in debiting my card on May the 13th, This created problems with me and my card as this debit was completely unexpected. I contacted the hotel, tried to recover my money without success. I then contacted Booking.com who contacted twice the hotel, which promised to reimburse me, but these were promises without value. All in all they never reimbursed me the value and when I stayed in the hotel on July they told me a lot of justifications without any pardon from themselves. Therefore I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. If after all you need to stay there be very careful with the financial agreement with them and do not allow them to pre-debit your card as they done with mine.”

Big room with balcony and friendly and helpful staff.

To be improved

As there was a jacuzzi in bathroom it would have been nice if it had worked! Would also have been good to have a kettle to make tea and coffee.
