“Overall, great value for money!”

The best

The hotel employees are polite, friendly and hard working. The location is close to the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets. The food buffet was excellent, different every day. The variety of foods was great, starting with meats, side dishes, salads up to deserts and fresh fruits. The nearby beach with shallow water was really good.

To be improved

The sound insulation is bad. The doors make very loud noises when they are closed. This is the only big issue I had during the stay. The other smaller issue is that the bathroom lacked ventilation and the humidity tends to get high.

Friendly staff especially restaurant staff, event staff, receptionist. Convenient place, near sea, shop and restaurant. Clean room with beautiful view( pool , stage, sea) Thank you for great stay.

The best

recently stayed at this hotel, and although a small issue occurred during my stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. Francisco handled the situation with complete professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. He not only processed the refund quickly but also went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. His approach turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. “Not worth the money we pay, should be way cheaper considering what they offer”

Beachfront, various restaurants walking distance, kids club, breakfast, very kind and helpful staff

To be improved

Sound isolation of the room, too much noise in the evenings making it impossible to sleep for a 4 years old, dated and not properly maintained facility, cleaning around the pool could be better, asking money for towel rental

“Lovely”

The best

We absolutely fell in love with the location of the hotel. For us, it was the best spot on the entire Alcudia beach. A grocery store was just a few meters from the hotel, along with some souvenir shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We tried dinner once, and it was also tasty and varied. Our daughter loved the mini disco, and the time we spent by the pool was really enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean ☺️

To be improved

A wooden spoon and a vegetable peeler would have been helpful in the kitchen. We also missed having some clothespins on the balcony. We had a street view, which was actually great, but in the afternoon the sun was shining so strongly that it was too hot to enjoy an early dinner outside. A pergola or some shade would definitely help with that. We would have appreciated having some information in the room about housekeeping, hotel services, and similar things. :) But these were just small things for us overall.
