“Exceptional”
Without a doubt, I can say this has been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, and we were delighted with the quality of the rooms, especially the view from our window, which overlooked the mountains. It was quiet at night, and the surroundings were peaceful. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of Japanese dishes, all of excellent quality.

“Unique and relaxing experience”
We visited with my friend who was there for the 3rd time. The staff members were wonderful, super helpful, and cordial. The interiors are truly beautiful and decorated with a lot of love and care. The tea ceremony with the owner's parents was a unique experience, perhaps more authentic than the touristy experiences offered in Japan. The Japanese breakfast is a must. It is amazing to have such a hotel in Spain. We also visited the owner's brother's restaurant in Solsona, which we highly recommend.
We tried both the "cheap" and the "expensive" dinner options - we were a bit disappointed that the meals we were served as part of the expensive menu didn't exactly match the written menu that we were given previously. The expensive meal has several dishes, but they are all rather small portions. We found the cheap menu much better worth for your money. We also didn't like that we were served 2 different single-portion desserts even with the expensive menu, so we had to decide who gets which one, or we had to share. We are not fans of sharing our food :D But this was a minor inconvenience, the hotel itself is great and the meals are tasty.
