“Clean room and good bedding · Cons: * Bike sheds were €6(!)/night and €9 for the ones with an electric outlet. * Bikes can’t be taken to the rooms even though there’s enough space. * There was an option for “high carb dinner” but once we arrived at the dinner there wasn’t such thing. The portions were really small and it would’ve been better if there was a buffet with rice and pasta. Also the options mentioned in the message weren’t available * Staff was super rude to us and didn’t speak proper English. It was really difficult to communicate. * No room service even though it’s mentioned on their website.”

Most of the Staff is very unfriendly and pushy, you fell it since you arrive. The reception desk took my CC details through booking.com and they charged the full amount of my reservation two weeks prior to my arrival. At checkin they asked again for my card and again everytime you order or book anything like garage space, any single thing you asked was chargeable inmediately by CC or cash. Guest are treated as potential criminals. In the breakfast room they have a conspicuous sign in every table advising that the waiter will charge a cost if you take anything out of the room and warning you about "excessive left overs". Towels are not replaced if you do not ask them to do so, etc. You feel like you are in a third world hotel where they are making a big favour to host you. The kitchen of the apartments is completely empty and all appliances are disconnected, if you ask for them to allow you to use it, there is an extra charge and a minimum of 4 nights requirement. You feel here like a disturbance and a liability and the staff is making sure you follow their rules and you pay immediately for anything you ask. A place to avoid at any cost

“Great for those going to the game at the stadium with spacious rooms but not central to the town and hotel was not frie”

The best

The room was spacious with separate bedrooms, kitchen area, living room and two bathrooms. Views and walkway to stadium was great!

To be improved

The kitchen we could not use without an additional charge and the washing machine in the room was off limits unless you were staying more than 4 days. Some of the employees were rude and unaccommodating. There was also no TV’s in the room, only one in the living room with no remote control.

Superb spacious accommodation/ apartment. Great location for football stadium. All staff very helpful.
