Cleanliness. Good size rooms. Location. View in our room was amazing. Reception staff extremely helpful. FOC Towels and chairs for the beach were a nice touch. Having a courtesy room available for late departures.

To be improved

Laminated Flooring. Should be tiled for coolness and prevent noise when walking in your room especially in the evenings.

Fantastic location . Room was an internal room but that was reflected in the cost . The beds are very firm but suits me. Maids were brilliant

I emailed a couple of times about being late to arrive but no response . Fortunately my son lives in javea so he could go in and talk to them

We have now stayed here 5 times. The hotel is perfectly situated, the staff are very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day and we stayed for 10 days so bedding was changed half way through the stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
