Excellent value for quality and service experienced.
Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, though some issues like lack of air conditioning.
Friendly staff and generally good service, with some mixed experiences.
Overall experience considered very good, with minor drawbacks.
The hotel was clean and generally welcoming.
Breakfast was very good but limited vegetarian options.
“Good hotel”
Spent a pleasant week at this hotel which was picked by our tour company. The room was fine with everything that one expect from a 4 stars hotel. The bed was very comfortable, A/C, hair drier, safe, make up mirror and, at either side of the bed, universal plug plus a USB and USB c port for all your electronic. Breakfast buffet was very good with a nice choice of everything. Reception was very polite and helpful. The hotel is situated north of Jerez and to reach the centre it's a 20/30 minute easy walk (look out for the cycle lanes) or by taxi for around €5.
“Great Hotel in Jerez”
Really nice hotel. We were received nicely by the staff at reception, room.was realky spacious with a fabulous comfy bed and large bathroom. The shower was really nice. Breakfast highly recomended. Of course it was off season so we got an unbeatable price. Free parking. Spa was not open, being refurbished.

“Enjoying Jerez”
The hotel is having renovations done so there were workers in some floors but our room was great and the service was amazing! The hotel has a great location!
“Average hotel with mixed service that needs more soul”
We stayed for three nights at this hotel and have mixed feelings about the service and amenities. We were in one of the new "refurbished" suites, which had an excellent amount of space and overall was nicely done. It was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Two patio doors allowed direct access to the pool, which would be excellent in summer. The main gripe was with the lack of air conditioning. While we visited in November, the room still got very hot during the day due to the large patio windows. We were told that the air conditioning was "off for the whole hotel" and couldn't be re-instated. This was completely unacceptable as air-conditioning was advertised as being part of the room, but the reception didn't want to know. The reception service was mixed. Myriam was nice and smiley, happy to help - whereas Marisa was disinterested and sour-faced. A smile costs nothing! There is no food available at the hotel before 8pm, which was strange for an international hotel. It is a long way from the centre of Jerez, and there is not much in the area in terms of restaurants, so expect to get a taxi into town for decent food. Overall, because there is no bar in the hotel itself, it felt quite soulless. I wouldn't say it was value for money.
