“The rooms are large and comfortable. The air con is soft and quiet. We travelled by bus and train, so the location was good, half way between both stations and also close to the shopping area. The day staff on reception were very friendly. We did not try the bar food. · Cons: The breakfast was not great, the coffee machine delivering the worst coffee i have ever had in Spain, in over 20 years of trips. Really needs upgraded. There was very little to choose to eat in general, even before 9am. I was disappointed at the lack of a pool, which had been part of my reason for booking, but in the intervening months it has fallen into disrepair and not fixed. How this change from what i believed was communicated to me was also disappointing to be honest, as if i was being unreasonable for expecting it to still be available, A quite dismissive attitude i felt.”

“Stay was ok but I had a bad experience before I went regarding a payment dispute”
To be improved

Staff not great. I also was charged full price for cancelling two rooms even though I rebooked the rooms for 2 days later. I was shocked at this. And got nowhere by email before my stay and nowhere when I arrived.

“The room was clean · Cons: The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the other room including snoring The hallway is very echoing so again you can hear full conversations Some other guest started partying later in evening, very noisy, coming in and out of the hallway. I let it go, tried to sleep with earplugs but when it got too noisy I had to ring reception. They didn't speak English but could hear through the phone how noisy it was and resolved the problem, but then stood talking in the hallway for another half hour so I didn't get to sleep till 1am Not good enough”

“Too noisy.”
The best

The room is small and the walls are not soundproofed. There was a group of very noisy occupants who have no regard for the other occupants at all. They spoke loudly and made noise as they walked. As the walls were not soundproofed, we could hear them which disturbed our rest. This made the experience of staying in the hotel a bad one.
