“Sorry, this bit should be wtitten in the below question on what we did like whay we DIDN'T like .The online check in procedure prior to arrival was bad. Lack of response to my emails up until 30 mins before arrival Didn't know how we would enter the property. Had to chase the booking up with Booking.Com.who also received no response from them ! Luckily when we arrived, the front door to the property was actually open so we were able to access the accommodation. The young lady checking us in was her first day working there and after venting my frustrations on her...... she was so lovely and obliging . · Cons: No response from hotel to our enquiries”
