Hotel Kivir

The hotel location is perfect- walking distance to the historic city centre and Triana. The rooms are beautifully designed and material quality is appreciated. The people are lovely- Juan and Teresa at reception, gracious welcome. The breakfast is good. Perhaps the bar service in the evening could be better? The rooftop terrace is a real bonus .

Loved Hotel Kivir! It exceeded my expectations by a mile. Great location, clean and modern room, and fantastic staff (huge shout out to Juan). I was initially worried that the room might be too small when making a reservation but it was perfect for me and my daughter. Despite the room facing the busy street with people enjoying themselves into late evenings, the noise level was not a problem. The soundproofing was quite good and with earplugs Kivir provided, I was not bothered by the noise at all. We had breakfast with the room and the quality of breakfast was excellent too. I found Hotel Kivir a great value for what I paid. I highly recommend Hotel Kivir.

One of the best four star hotel experience Modern, tastefully decorated and furnished - and extremely well maintained, the hotel is situated in a perfect position for accessing all of Seville’s main attractions. I had a great view of the river from my room on the third floor, with beautiful sunsets in the evenings. My premium double room was spacious, immaculately clean and with all the attention paid to small details - from the most warm welcome of the reception team to the caramelised almond snacks and Nespresso Machine in the room, the free welcome drink on the panoramic terrace and bottled water supplied daily, everything was perfect! The hotel staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful and my special thanks go to the team at the Kivir hotel for their great recommendations for dining, places to visit and making my stay a memorable one.

An absolutely wonderful hotel — everything was perfect from the very first minute to the last of our trip to Seville. Upon arrival, we were welcomed like long-awaited guests. A chilled bottle of cava was waiting in our room along with a beautiful view — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was stocked with fresh juices, bottled water, and a Nespresso machine. Service throughout our stay was exceptional. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room was perfectly quiet. Cleanliness was impeccable — absolutely spotless. The location couldn’t be better, within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions. Breakfasts were excellent, with a panoramic view of the river and personal touches like individually brewed coffee and a made-to-order egg menu. The design of the hotel is beautifully thought out, with great attention to detail in every corner. I couldn’t imagine or ask for anything more, but the hotel still managed to exceed expectations. The day after we left, I realized I had forgotten a personal item in the room. The staff went above and beyond to find it — and they did — and even prepared it for shipment. A truly outstanding stay in every way. Highly recommended!
