We arrived late around 10:00 p.m. but the checking time was until midnight. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk told us that she thought our booking was one day ago and that she basically offered our rooms to someone else. We were staying in two double rooms and then we had to stay in one single room with heating and another double room with no hitting at all. We were traveling with the kids so we squeezed together three individual beds into the room with heating and then I had to sleep in the room with no heating. That was a really tough night. The cherry on top was that the bathroom in the room with no heating was very dirty, I cannot even describe how gross it was, so try to avoid staying here or if you must, insist in calling them because we were calling them to notify that we were going to arrive late but the lady never picked up the phone. You better try to make sure to get there in time early so no one else gets your room even if you have already booked and paid. I hope that Booking can give us a refund at least partially because this definitely is not what we paid for.

There used to be a restaurant and bar co-located with the hotel, but both were closed. When booking, the description said breakfast was available, but it is not. Although there couldn't have been more than four rooms occupied (based on cars in the near-empty parking), our room was not ready on arrival. Everything was nice and clean, except for the piece of gum stuck to the headboard of the bed.
