Hotel La Casota

The air conditioning unit was difficult to figure out, was a little hot during the night!

staff were rude loud and were not helpful.They promoted a fridge in the room. the trouble was when you left for the day the fridge shut down spoiling your food.How stupid!!I told the staff, They didnt care.The hotel was large.I believe there was no one else here.Bathroom had no ventalation so it smelt 🤮

A bit tricky to find in the narrow streets. Some streets were blocked for the festival but we walked to the hotel from a few blocks away.

Room is too small, also the bathroom. We had a room just in front of two big aircos which gave enormous heat, we could not open our windows. They had to give us another room. We could not sleep of the heat. We had dinner and breakfast in the cafetaria/ gourmet. It was expected by our information that this should have taken place at the hotel in a nice salon. It was not the atmosphere we expected. The service was not how it had to be ( breakfast), very short and not friendly. We had the impression that the restaurant had their priority and not the hotel. We had a bad experience.
