“Great location and big room. Reception staff were not very helpful and seemed to be in a hurry. They forgot to give us information regarding the breakfast but caught up with us later on to give us our tickets. Lovely outdoor sitting area, only spoilt by so many people smoking. The cafe staff were great and very efficient. Breakfast was a very different experience on the two mornings. First morning was all laid up for us with everything you would want and more. Following morning, the table wasn't made up and we had to order just the basics of coffee, juice and toast. Very easy underground parking. · Cons: Nothing significant to dislike.”

“Lovely staff, I would not hesitate to book again”

The breakfast was lavish and generous and of good quality. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Private parking was a great service.

To be improved

The lock on the door to m room was faulty, which meant I had to get someone to open the door for me every time.

“Basic accommodation for visiting Sierra Nevada”

The best

- Good location for visiting Sierra Nevada. - Large room with plenty of space for a family of four (two beds and bunk beds). - Own car park (although you have to pay).

To be improved

- Got off to a weird start with the sign on the door stating "Permanent Reception, but if we're not here call this number." During our entire stay, we never once saw anyone at the reception and always had to call the number when we needed something, and we always had to enter the hotel through the downstairs café/restaurant entrance. - Bed was uncomfortable (one mattress was too big for the bed frame and part of it ended up hanging over the edge at an odd angle). - Plug in the bathroom was on the roof, hahaha. - No soundproofing between rooms - could hear and understand the entire conversation between the guys next door at 1am, then again at 7am.
