A shelf above the sink to store toothbrushes would be helpful. The check in system… it’s not that we disliked it… security wise it seems brilliant but we did not get the link prior to stay so did not have check in key code… thankfully the two cleaners were there to help but it took an hour to sort out… which thankfully it did work out in the end. Also some guidance as to where to park could be helpful.

The friendliness and support of the staff, and the cleanliness is quite OK.

I am not expecting a luxury room with the price we pay, but neither I didn't expect that the room is like that. Room 002, where we stayed is like a boxed room, size is OK, but no separate/enclosure for the toilet. There is only a partition for the toilet, so every time we used the toilet, there is no privacy and it will smell in the whole room. No wardrobe, just a metal rod to hang your clothes. Very bare that my partner said it's like a prison cell but with double bed and a good size television. Another thing is the breakfast area, it is not within the facility. We have to walked up hill to get into the breakfast hall. They should be clear, emphasize and specifically describe every room, and put a proper picture, because we looked again at the website but it's different. We asked if we could upgrade as we are really not happy and satisfied, but they are fully booked. If we have known that it will be like that, we will not booked it.
