Comfortable, quiet and clean. Good A/C. Attentive staff and personnel of the cafeteria.

To be improved

Having a mini fridge would be nice as well as an option for the breakfast.

“A hotel in the industrial zone did not sound good in the beginning, but we tried it and did not get disappointed. The area is quiet at night. The hotel and the parking is under 24 hr surveilance. You can park your car for only 3 euros per 24 hrs between buses and trucks, but it is guarded all the time. Metro station is 30 min walk away or you can drive there and leave there your car while you go to the city (if you need, of course). On the way there is Lidl food store. In the hotel on the ground floor there is a restaurant. The stuff and the guards are very kind and helpful. If you come late on Saturday or Sunday and find the door of the hotel closed, don't be disappointed, go directly to the guard to the left from the hotel, where cars drive in, and the guard will give you keys from the room and explain you everything. If I am asked what I would lkie to improve, it would be good to have a fridge to keep some snacks and a kettle, for in the evening or at night to find some caffee service in the area is problematic.”

“Comfy stay yet communication wasn't good”

The location is perfect for travelers by car. The beds were comfy, everything was super clean. AC was a perfect thing!

To be improved

Communication and the staff were far from good. On the day when I had to check in, I received an automated check-out message. I texted the hotel - no response. I called them - no one spoke English and just dropped the phone. Eventually, I called the booking.com support line (spent a lot of money on it) for them to call the hotel in their language and make sure I still had a place to stay. Although the check-in was until 22.30 pm and I arrived before that, the reception was closed. The instructions on where to find the keys were extremely uninformative. No instructions on how to check out were given, so I had to ask the security guys—very disappointing communication.

We arrived at 1 am. We were greeted by a welcoming and friendly night guard, the room was clean, modern, comfortable. We had a good sleep. Everything was lovely.
