“Like a bat out of Teruel”

The best

The staff were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. Answered every question in a friendly manner. We were also allowed a late checkout which meant my young son could enjoy the pool and activity area one last time. Really can't praise the staff enough. The restaraunt staff were great. The food was a good standard. And the cleaning staff were very friendly and quiet. I would say it was a very quiet hotel despite the nice from the bar. Very good. Keep it up. Thanks for the lovely stay.

The fact the outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi are still not working..it has been 4 years since my last visit..they were broken then too...the breakfast could be better quality for 9 euro.
