The air conditioning didn’t work under my entire stay 4days and they were not able to fix it or give me another room. They play music and karaoke every night from 10-12pm so if you get a room facing the road and the playground it can be a nightmare. The rooms are badly sound isolated so you will hear a lot of noise from other rooms etc. One elevator doesn’t work and they only have sensors at knee level which can be dangerous.

We would appreciate at least small fridge in the rooms.

The cleaning ladies make a lot of noise from 7 am in the morning. They were loud when talking with each other and moving furniture when cleaning the rooms (upstairs/downstairs, same floor). Heard it all. But the ladies are friendly, only if they would be less loud and start a bit later in the morning with the rooms it would had been much better. They knocked on a few doors to ask for the cleaning, but those guests didn't want the cleaning since the ladies knocked at the door from 7 am if you don't put the 'do not disturb' card at the door. Those guests asked the ladies as well not to be loud. Also they forget to put clean towels every time they cleaned the room, so you have to check on time if there are clean towels, or else you need to ask them for new towels before they leave (they stay until 1/2 pm). And yes the noise from the karting is hearable, but not very disturbing in my opinion.
