Dear [Booking.com Customer Service/Hotel Management], I recently stayed at [Hotel lAlbera. which is listed as a 4-star property on Booking.com. However, the hotel itself admits it’s only a 1-star establishment. This discrepancy is misleading and unacceptable, especially given the excessively high price compared to the actual service quality. I urge you to address this lack of credibility and either correct the rating or provide a refund for the overcharge. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.

Parking space was ok.

To be improved

No warm water coming from the tap and its december only 13c outside. No breakfast available at 7am Personel dont speak english.

The Kitchen very good and for the area fair price. Very nice staff, the room was ok but very simple, not a plus 100euro room, compare to the area, the price should around 60 euro. But I could get no breakfast, i got a cup coffe, it was at 7. 00, there was a lot of noise untill 03.00 and starting again at 05.00 when the first group of guest left,with a very noisy attitude, shouting ond slamming doors
