“Hotel was nice, clean and enjoyable. Some staff were helpful. · Cons: Some of the staff were rude. The thing that put me off the most was the huge mosquitos in my apartment. I got multiple bites and had to kill multiple mosquitos in my apartment. The pillows in the bed are very uncomfortable.”

“The mini club was great, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed. We also got some pool towels. The staff was amazing - they even prepared us a snack because we missed dinner due to a late flight. The food was excellent, but unfortunately not suitable for coeliacs because of cross contamination. I was feelings sick for 7 days. ☹️ · Cons: We were pleasantly surprised - the experience exceeded our expectations. We had a great time. Whole Island is beautiful.”

“Incredible hotel for family holiday”

The best

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly and couldn't do too much for you. The whole hotel was spotless. The food was good quality. It's an all inclusive buffet so don't expect too much, but there was plenty of choice and we enjoyed each meal. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We will be booking it again for next year.

“Clean, comfortable and great location.”

The best

Such a good stay!! It was clean, comfortable, modern and a good location for us in a slightly quieter area. Some bars close by and only about 15/20 mins walk or €2.50 taxi into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Balcony was lovely and big. Room was clean and fresh water left daily. Always sun beds available, no mad rush before breakfast to reserve! Breakfast was amazing! Lunch and dinner were less impressive but always something to eat. We would return!

To be improved

We found some staff quite grumpy particularly at the pool bar and food. But it didn’t really affect the stay. All inclusive alcohol drinks menu at pool bar was limited - cocktails don’t start till cocktail bar opens.
