“Well worth a visit slightly dated but very well cared for and the grounds immaculate”
Very spacious albeit a little dated. Views of both the sea and mountains are spectacular,my room was on the ground floor, very large and a functional bathroom with very hot water at all times. The buffet was varied,at times could have been hotter, but by far the best inclusive deal I have sampled. I opted for the drinks package for about 20 euros a night which was well worthwhile and branded spirits were available. All who worked there were helpful and cheerful, especially in reception. Thanks to FGW I missed my flight,so arrived late and the Dining room was closed, but Salome arranged an excellent cold platter and salad which was not expected but much appreciated. There is a huge outside area around the pools,so never a problem find a sunbed with umbrella. As the town is not far,but a very steep walk, there is a courtesy bus both there and back 3 or 4 times a day, excepting Sunday. I would stay there again,so thanks to everyone and especially Salome.
“Great stay”
What a lovely hotel. Great views from balcony. Spacious rooms for 4 adults and a 2 year old. Very clean but a bit dated (did not spoil our stay). Buffet breakfast well stocked and plenty to choice from. We had an evening buffet meal 1 night and was great plenty of choice again. Staff very friendly and helpful through out are stay. Only down side was no kettle available for room and a slight sewage smell from bathroom. Would definitely stay again
“The view is really nice. The rooms are very big. You have a living room, a kitchen and a separate room with the beds. The staff is really polite. You have 2 pools, one of them is only for adults. · Cons: First of all, the trash in the kitchen had not been cleaned up after the previous guests. There was a very bad smell in the living room, and later we discovered the garbage. We went to the reception to report the issue, and it was resolved. They offered us a bottle of wine, but it was still an unpleasant experience from such a large hotel. Although they told us the pool was heated, it was extremely cold.”

“Overall Good Experience”
Staff all very friendly. Always tried to help when I needed it. Hotel had great views over the bay of Puerto de la Cruz. A view of Mount Teide was also given on a clear day. Facilities great with 2 swimming pools, gym, outside areas to relax, show bar was big and great drinks available. Bar staff friendly. The evening act was normally local and were normally very good. Lots of car parking spaces which is handy close to the reception of the hotel. Now Buffet restaurant, plenty of food and salad selection. Some of it was bland and tasteless. I particularly liked the Carnarian food, the rest was pretty bland. My Room was next to the highway at the top, with traffic noise all night long. I would suggest getting a set of ear plugs if you want a decent night sleep. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very well kitted out with a jacuzzi bath. The room had plenty of space with lots of cupboard space. Cleanliness of the room was very good by the daily room cleaners. Hotel is isolated on the top of a hill, where it is about mile from the town of Puerto de la Cruz. If you want to get into the town, it was about a 45 min walk down some very steep hills and it is a difficult walk. The hotel do run a bus route during the day but it's not very often and finishes at 6pm. I would suggest getting a taxi, which cost about 8- 12 euros.
“If you love views then this is your hotel”
Hotel is located high up in the hills with fantastic views from both sides of the building. Everybody who worked there were most helpful and friendly.
“Beautiful location with amazing staff”
Location is high above Puerto de la Cruz with stunning views over the town, along the cliff tops and the sea one side and the Orotava valley and the snow covered Mount Tiede on the other. Regular free bus takes you to and from town but a taxi costs less than 10 Euros. Room was large and comfortable, though a little noisy in the morning. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so much choice and delicious fresh food. Seats inside and out. There is a large pool on the cliff edge for adults only so you can relax in peace and quiet if you don’t have kids. Well equipped gym that side and also an outside bar which is great for 6 euro cocktails at night. The pool bar come Italian restaurant was great for lunch and delicious dinners at very reasonable prices. Circa 50 euros including beer and wine. They had a new years ball while we were there. 5 course meal, wine and a feee bar! All included in the price. A fun and memorable way to see in the new year. And finally the staff! All absolute stars, friendly and helpful and always there to help. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!! Thank you!
