“Very convenient”
The best

Chose the hotel for its closeness to Santander airport, where we had an early-morning flight. The hotel was fine, a little old-fashioned but had all the necessities. It was a short walk to the bars and restaurants in El Astillero, and just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast was fine.

To be improved

El Astillero isn't the most picturesque of towns, but then again, that's not why we were there.
