“Cons: .During our chek in, the receptionist didn’t gave us any information, abou anything, chek in in 30 seconds. With that aproachment, we asked at what time the breakfast would be served. The lady told us, from 8am to 11am. The next day we arrived 10am and we’ve been “informed” that it had alredy ended. Above that, receptionist sayd that unfortunatly they didn’t have breakfast, and it hás been a booking mistake. Lack of receptionists during the night (the door was closed and we’ve been forced to come in from the entrance of the bar, luckly still open). Regrettable. .Air conditioner not working, night receptionist couldn’ t do anything abou it. The bathroom and the toilet were completly clear, no privacy at all ! Anything was nearly similar of what the webside shows! An experience that is not to reapeat at all.”

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was amazing! So helpful and helped us with whatever we asked. Jorge was the best!
