To be improved

Very thin walls and out of control guests fuelled on alcohol. There seemed no manager around to control or speak with. At one point they were trying to access my room. Messaged property twice but alas no reply.

“The service was excellent, Fernando is amazing, so friendly, professional and accommodating. He made us feel like we were in a 5* hotel. Very personal service, very suitable to pilgrims. The food was good and convenient, as you can eat just downstairs. The showers have great water pressure, the rooms have central heating, the beds were comfortable, the style of the place is surprisingly modern, considering it was a 2* hotel I highly recommend it. · Cons: Nothing, all was fantastic.”
