“Cons: Very bad experience, the owner threatened to call the police if we didn't pay an additional 20 euros for one night. Me and my friend booked via booking a room for 2 adults. The description detailed a quadruple room (2 single beds , 1 double bed), and a booking for 2 adults. At no moment in the web detailed that the booking was for a double bed (in our 4 days travel we got 2 single beds in every city we visit without problems) When we met with the owner we discovered that the deluxe quadruple room, was like a flat divided in 3 areas: - 1 room (with 1 double bed) + toilet - living room - 1 room (with 2 single beds) + toilet The owner offered us the double bed room, we told them that we wanted to sleep in a different bed. She explained that the 2 single beds room toilet was on rehabilitation process, and that she could open both rooms (initially the single beds room was locked) but we could not use the bathroom on rehabilitation. We used the double bed and one single bed. The owner was disgusted when she found out we didn't use the 2 single bed rooms. She claimed she told us very clearly that we needed to use the 2 single beds (we only heard about the non functional bathroom) she demanded an extra fee for the difference to clean 1 double bed instead of 1 single bed. She demanded 20 euros, we were not happy with paying 113+ euros instead of 93+ euros. Then she threatened to call the police if we didn't pay an additional 20 euros”
