The bed mattress ( with a mattress topper) was very unsupportive ie not firm enough to give adequate back support. I left with back pain, a problem I don't suffer with usually...

“It’s still hard to believe I was locked out of the hotel on the second night of my two night stay.”

My card was only activated for one night rather than two when I arrived which meant that I was locked out of the hotel on the second night. I have been in touch with Booking about a refund but have not had an adequate reply yet

The best

The hotel is located at 2 min walk from the lake. The room was clean, nicely decorated but small. Bed was comfortable. TV and wifi ok. There was a nice terrace facing the wet lands. We went in Winter so I do not know about AC issues. Heating was working well. The staff is friendly and kind. The breakfast was nice and with enough selection of foods.

To be improved

The bathroom had a mouldy smell that needs to be fix it.

good location and very silence room.

To be improved

after check-in, we found the room was not clean ( ready) . we requested clean again. The staff is very friendly but a bit inexperienced in hotel management. and Beds are so unquality.
