“The behaviour of staff defies explanation. You should do smth with this”

The best

The hotel was okay for this price. But there I first faced with absolutely unprofessional staff. When we checked in the receptionist provided us with the information that our breakfast will be organised at the restaurant opposite on the street. She even wrote the details (name of the restaurant, time) about this on the document. Next morning was rainy, we dressed two kids in raincoats, took umbrellas and went there. It was a shock that the restaurant was closed, not for visitors but we got that there were not staff and this tea didn’t work at least that morning. We stayed hungry and irritated and came back to the hotel room. When we checked out another woman was surprised and told us that she didn’t understand why her colleague had provided us with incorrect information. As I got then the hotel serves breakfasts inside their building in cafeteria. She suggested to make coffee for us. But my family was waiting for my comeback to go further and I was so upset with that morning that a cup of coffee wouldn’t help me at the moment.

To be improved

Staff was unprofessional that’s why we didn’t have our breakfast which was included in the price of booking.
