Internet did get to the room No plug for the bath as they say people use alot of water Room stunk Very cold No food as it was Holliday Xmas No one at the hotel

The best

Worse hotel I ever stayed in !!! lies about WIFI, they do not have it, other guests complaint the same, and they used different excuses and offer online but do not have WIFI !!

To be improved

Had to move rooms because of faulty booking, then blamed us someone else need to sleep in the street although our room would be available for them. Online they offer Breakfast included, but wanted us to pay for it, and had the excuse they offer 1 free coffee for a good comment online, really!?!? a bribe ?! ALSO their "Continental breakfast" is 1 coffee and 1 toast with tomato !!! Ridiculous and scandalous how they advertise online
