Hotel LIVVO Anamar Suites

We are staying here now, 4 days in, and cannot fault the place. We are half board, room is a junior suite. The room is perfect, hospitality tray, 'replenished daily', a full size fridge, even washing up liquid, and a sponge. Location is central, for the beach and Jumbo centre. The food is lovely, both buffet breakfast and evening meals, everything we've eaten, has been tasty, and good choice. The hotel is not packed, at the moment, I guess it would be different in high season, but here now is perfect, also a nice touch, don't bring beach towels, they are provided in your room already. To sum up, I wouldn't hesitate booking here again.

This hotel is now one of my favourites in Gran Canaria. Its very reasonably priced, hence booking for 11 nights between 22nd March - 2nd April. When we arrived the receptionist Elisenda was very welcoming. We were allocated a superior junior suite, room 812, which we absolutely loved. The best thing about the room was the balcony. It was massive, with 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs and a small sofa. Lots of places to sit and get a tan throughout the day! The bed was very comfortable however having a double mattress on two singles was a bit of an issue at times as it liked to slide about. The sofa area, kitchenette and bathroom were very nice, and well decorated, however the placement of the low hanging ceiling lamp made my knock his head a few times in the dark when getting out of bed. But that's not important really. It was a very powerful shower, always at a really nice hot temperature! The room was cleaned most days, but the days it wasnt we did not receive any drinks vouchers, so unsure on this, maybe we needed to ask at reception. Also, the WiFi was great except our last day when it seems to be very slow or not possible to connect at all. We didnt use the pool because we're not really pool people, but we did use the jacuzzi at the back. Very good! And a very boujee area. Makes it feel very luxurious. We didnt eat the food as we were self catering, but it always smelt nice when we walked past the restaurant. And it's a prime location. 10 minutes either way to the Yumbo, Cita or Beach, in different directions. Can't beat how central it is. Will we go back? Yes. Already booked for May. 🙂

We had a very nice time at this fantastic hotel! Clean room, nice pools, and very good breakfast! We had room 810 and when we come back we will order the same room! Looking forward to come back soon!

Lovely hotel, check in was quick and effortless, the staff were very friendly and informative. Rooms were quiet and we didn't hear neighbours, beds were comfortable. The TV wasn't working (there was a sign in the lifts advising this was due to an issue with their aerial). Kitchen were supplied with a good range of crockery and pans also a tea towel and washing up liquid. A kettle and hot drink supplies were also there. There was also a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. The fridge had a mini freezer in it. The rooms also have a safe that isn't charged for. The shower in the bathroom was really powerful and hot if you wanted it to be, fresh towels were supplied each day and pool towels supplied if you needed them at no charge. Bar prices were competitive with the resort. The toilets for the pool area were immaculate. Sufficient sun loungers for the size of the area Close enough to the Yumbo and CITA centres to walk to in the evening. Supermarket just across the road which sold a large selection of fresh produce.

Really liked this hotel! Spotless. Great Location. Very helpful & friendly staff. Having stayed at other hotel across the street from this on numerous occasions, I thought we would try the Anamar for something different and perhaps not as expensive. Anamar exceeded our expectations very much. We loved it. Stayed 28th Jan to 01st Feb. Hotel is soooo clean and well maintained. Its had a recent refurb and still feels new and bright. Suite (superior junior) was brilliant. Lots of space. Super comfortable king bed. Small kitchenette with fridge, delph, cutlery, (though you had to use bathroom sink for washing of utensils etc). Dining table & chairs, large sofa and a HUGE furnished balcony. Staff were the highlight of the stay. Early check-in was accommodated and some welcome tea and coffee was offered as room was just being checked for OK. Check in was fast, friendly and helpful. Pool areas are small but I didn't see issues with getting loungers. Area out back of hotel has jacuzzi and loungers also - was barely used so v private and nice. Breakfast is fine. Was it best ever - no. Have I had worse in GC - absolutely yes. Selection limited and items not replaced fast enough but it did was it was supposed to do and was served to 10:30AM each day. Coffee was good. Fruit was good. 7/10 I'd give that. Location is super convenient for beach and walks. Also for the Yumbo a 5min walk away. Safe area too. We had a high floor east facing I think. Sun in morning. I think it was 8th floor. I really cant fault this hotel. Ticked all the boxes and more. Was very comfortable. Very clean. Very helpful staff. All in all I really liked it and price was competitive and

This a very well appointed hotel with apartments, we did self catering, but bed and breakfast or half board is available. This was our second visit and the accommodation met our expectations again. As the property is located on a hill side with reception and main entrance on floor five, it’s very handy to take the lift down to second floor to the rear garden and exit onto an easy road down to the beach area. There is also a jacuzzi at the rear. The hotel has a front facing pool in a good sunny position, there is a nice relaxing seating area and poolside bar. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the cleaners do a wonderful job keeping everywhere clean and spotless. Our bathroom with walk in shower was perfect, plenty of hot water always. The kitchenette equipment was functional with fridge etc. only one item it lacked was a toaster. We would certainly return to this delightful property, it’s close to restaurant, bars, and a brilliant supermarket, plus bus stops on Avenida Bonn only five minutes away, will take you to Las Palmas, the airport, Puerto Mogan and Faro Maspalomas, plus other destinations.
