Good location and facilities but the experience was completely ruined...

To be improved

Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by an aggressive staff member named Mr. Lito. While we were quietly sitting on the sofa at the hotel entrance, he suddenly started yelling at us to sit "properly," saying we wouldn't do that at home. My partner was lying on the lounge with his shoes off himself, which made the whole situation even more confusing. He got very close to my partner’s face while shouting, and for a moment we thought he was joking, but sadly, he was not. His tone and attitude were intimidating and humiliating. The receptionist, Nicole, quickly intervened and tried to calm things down, briefly apologizing, but when we asked for paperwork to submit a formal complaint, she refused, saying her shift was over and we could do it in the morning. This is a legal requirement in Spain and the fact she refused, was unacceptable. She added that Mr. Lito would be in charge during the night shift, which made us feel even more unsafe to ask him for the necessary paperwork. Back in our room, we witnessed Mr. Lito again reprimanding children who were playing table tennis—he even grabbed one child by the arm in front of the mother, which was extremely uncomfortable to watch. At checkout the next morning, Mr. Lito took our room keys and did not say a single word to acknowledge or apologize for the previous night. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience we've ever had in a hotel.

An amazing place, a very nice suit, a comfortable bed, mattress, soft pillows, fresh linen and towels, a daily cleaning service. Breakfast and dinner is outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff.

A location is a bit of away. Be ready to walk a lot or take a taxi.
